Yes, reasonably so. Depending on the situation (which varies enormously), I may charge anywhere from free to $175 to clean one.

Yes, we’ve had some experience with this. These vents clog easily. We’ve had to disassemble the metal or flex ductwork, take it out in the yard and clean it with a RotoBrush. Think about it—you’re sending large quantities of water through a duct lined with lint, then more lint and more water, and you’re sending it STRAIGHT UP??? And you expect it not to clog up? Incredibly poor design. Just my opinion.
