Geoff Shaule will represent Insight Direct - publishers
of ServiceCEO - at the Picnic this year. He is a
certified ServiceCEO Advisor - who uses the product and has
been certified by them to provide consulting services for other
users.
Geoff will present a PowerPoint seminar prepared for
the Picnic by Insight Direct, during the morning session, and
he'll be available for a few hours afterward.
By
the way - in case anyone is wondering - it is not too late to get a room or
a flight, or to register online for the Picnic.
