Please check all MSDS BEFORE mixing any chemicals together. If it's not
clear to you after reading the MSDS then call the 800 number on the sheet
and begin asking questions. Mixing chemicals can be very dangerous and you
should not mix them just because someone tells you it's okay to do it. Make
sure for yourself.

You could use Clorox outdoor which has both sodium hypo and hydroxide
Or just mix bleach and liquid tide. Or bleach and simple green. Same
Thing. We wash homes anywhere from 2500 sq feet to over 10,000 around
900 homes a year. Competion is washing these homes for $150 on up to
700.00. If I had a 2500 sq foot home I would charge 200.00. To scrub
It I would have to charge 600 or more to make a profit. The algae is
Going to come back in 2 years with any method used. Which type of cleaning
Do you thing the customer would prefer?

Hi Larry, please don't let the "spray on rinse off" advertising deceive you.
Like taking my truck through a touchless car wash, it never gets it really
clean. 95% of my use of Jomax is followed by agitating the surfaces with
brushes or white nylon pad and then rinsing.
