I had a job 7 years ago, that Weathersheild
replaced all the picture windows in a residential addition, because they
scratched, due to fabricating debris. This builder uses a lot of their product;
it was a lot of picture windows. It was quite evident because they all had a
tempered transom over them, that did not scratch when cleaned with the same
method. Neither did the full lite doors!

Sam,
If your employees do not produce sparkiling clean windows and the customer
complains I would assume you would reclean at no charge? If glass with debris
"slips" through do you think Arch and other temperers will replace
at no charge?
