Re: [World] Track & sill cleaning
Troy ,
I was wondering do you charge extra for tracks and
etc, or are they included in your regular pricing just
as part of your service??
As for myself, upon inspecting the job if i noticed
that certains area's (tracks, sills and etc..) need
servicing then I will let the customer know and then
let them make the decision wether too or not include
this on the bid,as most of my customers have maids.
But then you still run into the ones that need
cleaning if not just for maintance of the window unit.
I charge extra as this is a little more time consuming
per window. And as the other jobs I clean(normal) I do
wipe sills and frames of the window as I go along.
I pretty much clean as you do as you stated but I have
a small wisk broom,a 3" paint brush(not the cheap
ones)and grout brush to loosen up things.
Other than what I do or use LOOKs like you got it
going on!
Customers like it when you are concern about their
needs and their investment on their property and home.
