I too asked this question last year about hard water stains.  I was turned 
on to a product called Bio-Clean.  It smells like Vanish Toilet Bowl 
Cleaner.  I have used this product with a white scrubbing pad and holder it 
has worked well for me.  I bought the product through J.C. Racenstein.  As 
for charging I charged the customer about 5 dollars for a 3x3 pane.  Low 
price while learning how to use the product.
