Without seeing the glass or the stains it is hard to give a specific answer.
You may want to note that no single product works best on every type of hard
water stain or deposit. I would suggest getting at least 3 different types to
experiment with.
As mentioned before, I also don't think you should do this service at no
charge. If you successfully remove the stains (not all stains can be
removed), show the restored panel to the client and sell the service for the
remaining panels of glass.
