Jeff-
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you - been busy - as a result, my
email account is full with all these messages.

The synthetic steel wool looks like pads, but is clearly marked as synthetic
steel wool. 3M claims it doesn't rust. Like I said earlier, I didn't see
0000 in the store, (only 000) but on their web site they say they have 0000
in stores.

I don't use steel wool on my windows, just a scraper. Of course, I am new
to the business. What is the advantage of steel wool? Is it because it
takes a shorter time to do the window? Scraping takes 50% of my time when I
do a new client (most of my clients are new, since I am new to the
business). Does anyone quote higher on a first cleaning, and drop the price
for subsequent cleanings?

Scott,
What does it look like? Is it similar to real steel wool, like a rolled
pad, or is it in sheets like scrub pads?
