Re: [pressure] residential jobs
I haven't done any marketing in the residential area as yet, but based on
what I know about communications in general, when I do, I will follow these
guidelines:
1. Make it eye-catching, but not overwhelming (not too many graphics or
words)
2. Be sure it is brief and to the point, listing only the major
"selling" points" of your business
3. Provide only enough information to initiate a "curiosity call"
4. If you intend on doing a follow up in several weeks or a month, do it
on the same color/size paper. (A printer advised me that
doing it on half of an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper is more pleasing
to the eye and saves paper)
5. Include things that your competition doesn't (i.e. window tracks and
sills cleaned free)
Hope this helps.

let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24
Have a Blessed Day,
