[World] tool holder on a belt

Hi group,
    I have constructed a scrubber/squeegee holder(for lack of a better word)
out of P.V.C. and it holds about a litre of water. With slots for a belt, it
has come in very handy especially for ladder work or just easy access to the
tools when you need them. It can be painted company colors and is quite
indestructable as it has been banging around for over six months now.
Patenting is on my mind but quite expensive for now, has anyone any ideas
on the next step for this idea, by the way, I think a price of $20 or so
Canadian dollars is reasonable. Thanks in advance,
Eric Halvarson
