Barry,
One thing I wish to add to this conversation is if you do agree to take the
$200 to remove the stains from the seven windows, be sure to inform the client
on how much better the windows will look as an end result. He may expect that
the stains will be 100% removed. What happens if you are only able to get 80%
of the stains out?
What I suggest you do is cover your self and tell the client that you may only
be able to remove 80% of the stains from any given window, but if you get out
100%, than he ends up with a better clean than expected.
