Barry,
If you want to do it, charge him your hourly rate and do it a little at a
time.  I've bid a commercial job with 3 buildings.  All have hard water stains
on the lower windows.  The price, in addition to the regular window cleaning,
will be my hourly rate (3 men will be working on this).  Also I received
something called a Scumbuster for Christmas that is a hand held orbital brush
with different brush attachments that could really make this job go faster, so
I'll try that.  I'll be using Sorbo along with some Crystal Clear 550.  Also,
this isn't real high tech window washing so hire a guy to do the tough stuff
for you while you concentrate on the window cleaning that makes your company
the fine one that it is.
