Barry,
I have a Bosch Orbital that spins upwards of 11,000 RPM (adjustable) and it 
takes about 2 passes with a light coat (just enough to coat the surface) A-1 
Hardwater Stain Remover with a 3/4 inch white non scratch pad  on the 5 inch 
head of the orbital.  It is fast and complete, the sander (not a palm sander) 
is about $100.00 but it is worth the time it saves. No chance of etching with 
acid does this have. Any questions e-mail me.
