[World] How & what to charge for water stain removal

I have a client that wishes to have some water stains removed from seven
window on his house. One window is a large picture window that needs the
whole thing restored.

I did some test cleaning with A-1 Hardwater Stain Remover. The lighter
stains come off fairly easy, but the harder and thicker stains take several
applications. I was using fine steal wool the owner wanted me to test with
for removing the stains.

I really don't feel like doing this work because of how extensive it is,
but I want to take care of my client. Scrubbing with steal wool will take a
considerable amount of time and wear and tear on my body. I really don't
know how much time it will take me and therefore don't know how much to
charge him.

He offered to pay me $150 just for the stain removal. When I didn't jump at
the offer then he said $200. But I'm not sure that is adequate for this
kind of work.

Anyone have good experience with water stain removal, the best method, and
how to charge. I was thinking a high speed orbital sander is the only way
to go considering how much glass is needing restored?

I would appreciate some guidance if you have knowledge in this area.
